I have a Garmin 4208 for sale that I took out of my boat to make room for a bottom machine. The unit was on the boat for about 2 or 3 months. Comes with power cable, network cable, instructions and gps antenna. Price $1200

Where the power cable goes into the machine is chipped. Everything works and the power cable stays in so it is fine. I have a 4212 that the samething happened to. Garmin should fix it for free but you would have to send it in. I have not had a problem with the 4212 on my boat that did the same thing.

I just talked to Garmin and am sending the unit to them to have the power plug repaired under warranty. I should have it backe in a couple of weeks and will sell it then. So If you are interested in it let me know. You will not be getting a unit that has nothing wrong with it.

I have had 3 garmin units do the exact same thing. I sent my 4212 back last month to get it fixed under warranty and had a Factory refurbished back on my boat in 8 days total.

I just got the unit back from Garmin. They replaced the unit. So this is now a new unit with used antenna, power cord, instructions and one cord to attach to another garmin product. Price $1200 plus shipping and insurance if you want it. I accept paypal.
