Default Truck Bed Rod Holders

I have made some Rod Holders to fit against a tool box or the back cab in the bed of pickups, to solve my problem of scratched and tangled rods. I figured that some of you out there might like to have a set of your own. These Rod Holders will fit in any standard sizes trucks. We have been applying the Rod Holders in rows of two, by facing the top row of reels forward while the bottom row is faced back. This makes for a space saving fit to maximize bed space. I plan on selling the Rod Holders as bare aluminum, but if enough people request otherwise I will start spraying them all with bedliner (for an additional cost). Let me know if anyone is interested. I will sell them in single rows of 8, that way people can decided on their own mounting configuration.
Specs & Prices are as follows

Single Row of 8 measures - 60"LX6"H
Singel Row of 8 - $150( w/o sprayliner) Shipping not Included

T2Cenac@aol.com

I have found out shipping cost to general areas around the US to give everyone a very close estimate of shipping cost. Due to size, the shipping cost do not change much within each general region.

Hawwaii: $134.64

New Jersey: $86

Virginia: $76

Georgia: $70

Miami: $75

Alabama: $40-$55

California: $97

For Spray Liner + $50.

We have tried different applications working extremely well as rocket launchers for transoms. I have also made some to hold spearguns (pics coming soon). The Rod Holders make a nice application in garages and boat storage areas.

Orders can be made through email by providing quantity with options such as bare aluminum or spray liner. Please provide your contact information, along with address, so I can provide exact shipping cost. I am using PayPal's Email Invoicing, which allows me to generate invoice with exact shipping and info once order is recieved. Then mail it to you to follow steps and pay quickly and securely.

Good looking solution to a problem alot of us have. I am interested. Is there a backing plate on the inside, the reels I transport are heavy. Is the spacing enough for 50 wides.

Any discount for 2 ?

Good luck with them!

Hey mate... Can you cut this in half, basically right down the middle of the aluminum 8 row (with no powder coat) that way it would be two pieces (4 rod holders each piece, then i can bolt it to the back of my truck box and it would look like one fabricated piece, putting it in a box and shipping to Hawaii would be easy!? 96744.. how much would that be... Let me know! Thanks, Scott

Koilane,

I didn't use a backing plate on the toolbox. I transport 2- Tiagra80W, 2- Tiagra 50W, 4- Trynos 30's, and a couple misc. rods&reels. i get a little flex with the thin aluminum of the tool box when all the big rods are on the same row. I just space them out and it works fine. A friend of mine mounted them straight to the wall of the truck bed and had no flex at all hauling 80W and 130W. Sorry but no discount for two. The spacing is 7.5" from center to center of each rod holder.

Navyaircrew,
I will check on the shipping cost for you this afternoon.

I know all of people out there where concerned about the shipping cost on these Rod Holders. due to the lenght of the product the shipping can get costly, but if you agree to have them cut in half and shipped it will also cut your shipping price in almost half. Hope this helps for everyone out there.

Still have a couple of these left if anyone is interested. don't forget if you agree to have them cut in half it will also almost cut your shipping in half.
