Default Airmar m260 inhull transducer for gsd22, SOLD
Airmar m260 in hull transducer for gsd22 in box. Brand new never used. Was for Furuno, but was rewired with Airmars help for Garmin gsd22. New style with black plastic handle. Includes tank and all parts. First $425 delivered takes it. Will accept paypal payment:

What's the story with the refit to garmin, in some detail please, refit done by airmar or by you with instructions from airmar???

It was done by me with instructions and phone calls with airmar. Only thing that was changed was the connector. I tested the unit with my gsd 22 and works perfect.

Ok, how are the connections made, crimp, tape, solder??? the price is now ??? Sorry for the thousand questions but just want to be clear.

The connector has a 24 inch wire that was soldered to the wire to the transducer. Everything was heat shrinked. Looking for paypal payment. If you pay today, I ship in the morning to you.

Sorry to jump in on this thread homesite. Do have the instructions for rewiring the M260 from a Furuno to the Garmin GSD 22? I might be doing this in the near future and thought if you had a soft copy, you might be willing to email or pm them to me.

Sorry Homesite, I thought it was $325, that's still a good price for someone. I do not need it but would have purchased it for that price and used it for a back up unit.

Are you kidding...........at $425 it is still a give away and can be rewired to fit almost any head unit made

NO... I was not kidding. I agree it is a great price either way. But that is why I asked more than once exactly what the price was. If you read the first two post you can see why I might have thought it was lower. Again, I agree it is a great price at $425.
