Unfortunately, all of our trips are planned/booked for 2009. How far in advance will you rent? I have been promising my family a keys trip for the last couple of years and your place looks perfect. We had already agreed that next Summer (2010) would be our keys trip. Let me know as it is exactly what I am looking for. I have a 17' CC and my boys are dying to go someplace where they can snorkle/fish.
