Hi rendel,

I have stayed at Indigo Reef the last two years. We absolutely love it. I would be
interested in your unit. Do you have any weeks in June available? I know that since the property changed ownership that they were requiring trailers to be kept at Coral Lagoon across the street for a fee. Do you know if that is still the case and would that a be a problem with the private rental?

What additional taxes do you collect on the $1500 rate if any?

Taxes included. No additionals other than a deposit of $500. for any damages [if any].
Deposit will be refunded after cleaning and inpection.
