According to the UPS website it would be $28 to NY without packaging or insurance. I would guess another $10 bucks for those items.

I am in Greenville, SC. The leaning post has a fiberglass cap so there is no under seat storage. I have seen others hang a net storage hammock underneath to hold sunscreen, gloves, charts, etc. The side to side
inside measurement between the mounting pads is 29 1/2".

The interior meassurement is 8 and 3/4" high. I had a Raymarine C-80, icom vhf and am/fm/cd in it (all flush mounted) if that helps. I can send you the old panel to use as a template for cutting a new one.
