A buddy of mine has a Dad that has shut down his construction business due to health reasons, he has a Bobcat T200(i think) and it is on tracks and not wheels.
I think is has several different implements and a trailer and he is just wanting someone to take up the payments on it basically, I think I am correct in that it has about 1300 hours on it.
We have used it at our hunting club several times and it is like a small dozer

My neighbor kicked last year and his wife is looking to unload cars, an old Ford dump, and a Case skid steer with all of the attachments including a backhoe attachment.
My buddy kicked last year and his wife is trying to unload cars and a skid steer. The skid steer has all the attachents including a backhoe attachment. It is a Case diesel model.

2004 Vette 405 hp - very low mileage
2006 Vette 505 hp - super low mileage. He kicked soon after delivery.
