Panama City Beach house for rent on the water with dock
I have a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house in a small private gated community on the grand lagoon with 2 car garage. Private Pool and club house on the water with huge TV and work out machines . Boat dock with water and electricity and boat lift for 12000 pound boat up to 11 ft wide. Very close to the gulf of Mexico through saint Andrews pass(less than 3 miles from dock to the gulf), marinas are on the way to the pass. House will be available for rental starting December 1st 2008 on a 12 month rental basis.
1850$ a month with dock , first and last month rent due on rental.

renter responsible for phone, power , gas, and water....basic cable is included as is condo/dock fees and assements.
House has never been rented nor lived in , vacations only since new in 2002. Community is very quiet with most owners being second home owners.
