Are the Lee rod holders horizontal or vertical mount? Where are you located?

I finally figured out how to resize / add the pictures and they appear in the original post. To answer acouple of questions-

The items are in South Carolina.
The Lee holders are clamp on adjustable to any angle and fit a max 1.5" outer diameter rail.
FYI - The leaning post has a fiberglass cap that could use painting. The cap phot shows a small gouge and some rust stians.
