This has been in my garage for a number of years. Never been installed or used. It is complete with mounting hardware and with the upper stand-off bracket for longer antenna. There are a couple of places where the chrome has started to flake off the brass but is not very noticeable.
Swivel Mount is a dual-joint, free-pivoting base mount for use with an appropriate Shakespeare upper bracket in deck or side mounting large or small antennas. The mounts versatile action fits almost any mounting location, and permits easy lowering of the antenna for clearing overhead obstruction. It requires a stand-off upper bracket which is included. Asking $45 and I will pay shipping.
