Default 27 ft wet slip in carolina beach nc
$2900 rent per yr for a 27 ft wet slip in otter creek located in Carolina Beach NC. This slip has water, 30amp elec, trash, parking and a storage yard if you buy it. The slip is in the no wake basin and also in a deep cut so you get no wave or wind effects. Will sell the slip for $70000 which is only $2777 per ft, compared to 5000-10000 per ft in Wrightsville Beach and other areas. Call me for more info or directions 910 520 0874 Thanks John

boat registration must be 27ft or less this slip has an extra long finger so getting into the boat is no problem even if you pull in bow first
