The bridge clearance is around 10-12 feet.

Sounds like a good price but that 8' bridge clearance might shorten some t-tops. Fow far back is the lot, meaning about how long to get to the open water?
Also how about deed restrictions like parking a boat/trailer in either the drive or beside the house?
Just thought of one more question. The tax of over 2g is for the lot only?

The tax on the lot of $2000 is because the lot is assessed for $159,000. I am selling the lot for less then half that price. I need to free up funds for my new boat that is ordered. It takes about 15 minutes by boat to open water because of the no wake zones. You can put a boat on the side of your house if you like.

Ref. the property tax. Does that mean that if ya build a 300g house on that lot, the tax will be approx. $5800. ?
