This room would be $2,500 for a week if booked through the resort. Walking distance to downtown Cabo

Luxury Suite comes with a large bedroom with king bed, 2 full tiled baths, queen-size sofa sleeper in living room, air conditioning, modern kitchen with all necessary utensils, coffee maker, satellite TV, telephone, closet safe and private balcony with striking views of Pacific Ocean.

Accomodations for a family or four adults for a full week: $1,000

Currently, the suite is still available. It is the "Luxury" unit with an amazing view of the Pacific.

Price reduced to $800...

but only for the next week--until June 4. If it doesn't go by then, I'll get a flight and head out. It's too good a place to let go empty.

The place looks awesome. Wish I could take this trip, but I am already committed (that's our 40th anniversary week! Yikes, can you imagine 40 years?).

Why can't you cancel, and get a refund? From the website, it looks like a full refund is offered if cancellation is at least 7 days before arrival date.

Fair question.

The unit is on a fractional ownership program. The amount we're asking for the one week stay is only to cover annual maintenance. Actually, the current $800 for a week, doesn't cover that cost.

So it's a gorgeous place and view in Cabo for just over $100/night. Can't beat that.
