Nice place... What is the water depth (in Sykes Creek) from your place to the barge canal? Is it navigable in a boat with 4ft draft?

If yes, how long does it take to get to Port Canaveral?

Yes on the 4' and about 15 min to barge and about 40 min overall

Looks like a large gate on the right side of the house but can't really see from the picture, can a boat trailer fit?
