I have a 1999 Yamaha motor with a 25 inch shaft. It was pulled off of a Grady White 255 Sailfish about a month ago. It is in great condition. The motor has perfect even compression across all cylinders. They are all around 120 psi. This engine is fuel injected (under 250 hours run time). It starts right up and idles perfectly. This engine has never had any issues. The motor is for sale with no controls however i can sell all the controls seperate. The engine with prop and oil tank will be $4000. It runs. I have never had a problem with it. It starts right up. No I have some local people coming to take a look at it today and sunday. I have been offered 3650 so that would have to be beat for me to consider it.
