This studio is in impeccable condition and is within walking distance of everything...Clubs, shops, outback steakhouse, equinox gym, china grill, TGI fridays, pharmacy, and 3 banks, all within 2 city blocks!!!
Rate is $1,200 for the whole week (Feb 13th-Feb 20th or Feb 14th-21 st). Please note there is a $75 exit cleaning fee that will be retained from the deposit for a total of $1,275.00 "out of pocket". This is well below what the hotels are charging for this event and your location is incredible!!!!!!
