Nice property 2nd row from the beach. Great Ocean views from the guest house. Heated pool, great rental..etc., etc. I have owned this house for a few years, but we need to sell it.

Anyone with a boatload of money right now can make some money in the real estate market. Unfortunately I'm not one of them. There are some second row homes in North and South Forest beach that have sold for over 3,000,000.00. This is a good size second row corner lot. Very quiet neighborhood.

Weakfish. I know the house but have not been in it. Some suggestions when placing this ad though. I see it's on the rental program with Sea Turtle Getaways, so you might want to include the rental history, and future bookings. Also the carrying expenses such as Insurance, taxes, pest, trash, cable, phone, electric, pool service, and landscaping.
I'm a real estate agent with Sea Pines, and these are questions we get asked on a regular basis.
