Actually it was originally listed at $2,100,000.00, so the price is less than 1/2 the original asking price. The town had it assessed at $2,080,000.00. Just appealed the assessment and got the taxes down to $10k. This is a second row house with 100 feet facing the beach. We sold a second row for $2,825,000.00 in Forest beach a couple years ago. So this tells you what a steal this place is. I'm really surprised nobody has jumped on this.

I think maybe we just spoke about the house. It is rented through Sea Turtle Getaways. It was rented through Sunset rentals and we did $35k in 7-8 months. However that was due to my family using the house during prime weeks. I'll be heading down thursday if you want any pix. my cell is 609-238-7328.
