Thanks Steve. There are two beach access paths for this house. Looking at the google map, the beach is to the right. The actual address is 7 Cassina. Lot is 100 feet wide facing the beach. This house is professionally decorated and turn key. Fully furnished and on the rental market. Of course if a developer wanted this home they could build a palace on this lot. This is now priced at lot value, but trust me this home is in very good shape.

Are you still going down to Hilton Head. We have banked our weeks for the past 3 years and traded with another marriott property. We vacation mostly overseas now and are looking for a place in Costa Rica or London

I know the cost of living is high, but we love it.

Good luck with the sale. I might suggest you advertise in the overseas market if that appeals to you. Alot of brits are looking for vacation homes.

Yep..we go down several times a year. In fact my wife is talking to her Dad down in HHI as I type. He has a beachfront down there in North Forest Beach. This house is in South Forest Beach. Pleas let me know when you are heading down and I'll see if we are scheduled to go down also. Be fun to hook up and have a beer at the Salty Dog!!

Still available. Great rental property. This place sits on a 100 foot wide lot. The 100 feet face the ocean!!! Two years ago this house would have sold for over $2 million. But we sat on it too long, so our loss is buyers gain. We sold out last second row home in forest beach for $2.8 million!!! This is less than 1/2!!!
