December waterfront pool home rental w / boat - The Hull Truth

We just received a rental cancellation for our beach house in Madeira Beach, Fl. in December. For THT members I have the house available from Dec. 08, 2008 thru Dec. 22nd. The rate is $2000 and includes all fees. I will also include free use of our 16' Palm Beach center console "IGLOO" with 60 hp Yamaha and full tank of fuel. Those not familiar with the area would like to know that it is a prime area for snook, trout and redfish. There are plenty of waterfront watering holes to explore along with miles of canals and waterways full of dolphins and mantees.

Madeira Beach is located between St. Pete Beach and Clearwater.

I'll check with my wife but she's been going over to visit sick family and might have her fill by then. Probably only going over for a couple days.

Thanks to all that have emailed me. I need to clarify something. The time available is for 2 weeks for $2000. I cannot break the time period up and rent for a long weekend. Thanks again for all of the reponse.
By the way we have been catching trout off the dock like crazy! A couple of keepers but most are shorts. Lots of fun on ultra-light tackle. There are a couple of 24" plus snook lurking in the shadow of the snook light but I have not been able to hook up yet. For some reason they won't bite when I am fishing from our dock. Any suggestions?

Sorry I misread it, I thought the month was available including the last week of December which is the week we discussed before.
