I went to a local metal shop and had some stainless steel angle sheered to the lengths I wanted then drilled the holes myself. A lot more work but in the end, a lot better than the little stamped out ones you can buy at your boat dealer. IMHO

Nobody except trailer maufacturers stock that part. However, check with TieDown Engineering part #48082. That should be it, if it can be special ordered seperately. It usually comes with there bow guide kit.
