Default Tenant wanted for no-bridges-to-Gulf small 2BR house with large boat slip facilities

Great spot for boater looking to enjoy a quiet laid back life on the Florida waterfront. 100' x 150' lot with small but functional house. North of Boca Grande, South of Venice. PM me with your phone number for details. Everything negotiable. Looking for trouble free long term relationship. Available beginning the second half of November.

To save myself time in responding to new inquiries, below is some info I've sent via PM to the folks that have expressed interest to date, along with a couple of minor updates. I still have to deal with some loose ends with my current tenant at the property, so I am not making the exact address public yet. PM me your phone number and best time to reach you. I will only share address after speaking with you. The house is in South Englewood (Grove City) at the back end of a 1000 ft. long 5' + or - deep canal directly facing Stump Pass. About 10 minutes to open gulf water across Lemon Bay. Tenant in house now is expected to be gone by the end of this month. New mooring pilings, floating docks, shorepower, etc. in permitting process. A boat up to about 40' with a 16' beam and 4' of draft will be able to be very safely moored even through hurricane storm surge conditions. No lift in place, but everything is negotiable.
