I recently bought a new boat to me that has a Northstar 951x gps unit. I believe the unit was flush mounted on the boat back in 2001/2002. Can anyone give me an idea as to what this unit might be worth? I'd like to sell it and install a different gps on the boat. Thanks.

the older northstars need a program update that is expensive, so most people opt for a newer unit which makes them only worth a few hundred dollars but the are one of the fastest tracking and can be seen in bright sunlight which i think makes them very nice to have. anyway good luck with the sale

I have the same unit. Do you have the cards and would you sell them if they are in my area. I am looking for the Mid Atlantic canyons and NE coast.
If so, what are the card numbers.

Which antenna do you have on unit (DGPS or regular) Regular is round like baseball and DGPS is either square or saucer shaped
