One week (July 1 - 8) stay in Cabo San Lucas. I understand the facility to be first class, overlooking the ocean (e.g., timeshare). Cost: Approx. $900 for the week.

One bedroom suite, 2 bath, with kitchen top floor ocean front.
Playa Grande Resort in the heart of "downtown" Cabo. Walking distance to marina. Normally runs $300-400 per night (see site). All sorts of pools and amenities.

I can vouch for Playa Grada Resort. It is the nicest timeshare we have ever stayed at. We were there about 5 years ago. The 1st year it was open. It sets on the Pacific ocean. So the only draw back is you can not swim in the ocean. There are about 6 pools and the rooms are wonderful. Easy walk to town. about half mile.

I have 2 weeks in Nov at The Playa Grande and I love it there. Its a great location $900 is a great price.

Yes, for anyone who ever wanted to fish, dive, surf, see or party in Cabo (i.e., Wabo), this would be a very affordable way to go first class with enough room for a small family or some friends....especially when you consider that the dates include the Fourth of July.
