Default Lot For Sale - Harbour Pointe Yacht Club - Carolina Beach, NC

Beautiful lot for sale at Harbour Pointe Yacht Club in Carolina Beach. Views of the ICWW and Snows Cut. Maybe even views of ocean because you can build up to 50' on the island. Option to purchase or lease a slip from two different yacht clubs, both within 100-150 yards of the lot. If you don't want to splurge on the slip...there is a public boat ramp 200 yards from the lot. Can't ask for more than that if you like boating. Go to google earth and type in "309 Spencer Farlow Drive". This will give you an aerial view of the lot.

NO TIME LIMIT TO BUILD. NO RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS. NO HOA DUES. Since the neighborhood is built out and this lot is one of only two left...there are none of these restrictions. This is important because the HOA dues alone can run $350 / month for the neighborhood. If you purchase or lease a slip you get full access to the water front clubhouse and pool. Slips typically run $10 - $12 / foot per month on a lease.

Asking $249,000. Don't forget to go to google earth and type in "309 Spencer Farlow Drive" for a view of the lot. It's a great location.

Default RE: Lot For Sale - Harbour Pointe Yacht Club - Carolina Beach, NC

I have gotten a number of inquiries about the satellite image of this lot. Unfortunately the image is a little misleading. The lot is about 50 yards from where google earth puts it. The best way to view it is to find the corner of Spencer Farlow drive and Drill Shell drive. There is a vacant lot there. This above mentioned lot is right there.

Thanks for all of the interest.

You can also look at this picture and follow the road that leads from the "red roof" building. Just as the road turns to the left, the lot is there on the left. Hope it helps a little more.

Again, thank everyone for all their emails and PMs. There has been a lot of interest and a lot of questions. Here is one that I should have posted on the original thread.

Lot Size = approx. 75' x 100' (Most lots on the island are 50' x 100')

Thanks again, keep the questions coming.
