Default converging brake kit

Good morning,
I have a loadrite trailer [2002] single axle,3700lbs capacity.I am sorry that I can no longer read the model number on the sticker thats on the trailer.
Trailer has torsion axle with tiedown dics brakes.Would like to convert brakes over to kodiak SS.
Also I need a left side [or drivers side,as in connected to truck] axle spindle.
Could you please send me a price including shipping to 20657
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,Jeff Hall

Jeff,

Do you want to go with the all stainless Kodiak kits? Also are you going to replace the actuator and brake lines also? Does your spindle bolt to the torsion arm?

Regards,
Chris

Chris.
Thank you for your timely response.
In all honesty,I did not expect the price to be this high.Do you have any suggestions on a brake system that I can install that will work on a consistent basis with out having to un-freeze the stuck pistons in the wheel calipers between each launching?
I currently have hubs and rotor as a one piece unit that are cast iron. They rust up in minutes.Calipers are also cast iron.Pistons freeze between each use.Brake pads get chewed up in an hour.I ended up having to drilled a hole in the tongue years ago and put a bolt in it to eliminate the brake system.
However, with loosing a bearing[dust cap fell off] and tearing up the spindle.I thought it might be time to revamp the whole system. So any suggestions would be appreciated
Thanks again,Jeff.

I would recommend the dacromet/stainless brakes from Kodiak. You get a one piece dacromet hub and rotor, and a stainless caliper assembly. I will provide you another quote with the dacromet/stainless brakes.

Chris,
My trailer has the tiedown model 70E actuator now.Would that be capable with the dacromet system? And out of curiosity would the new tiedown system that you posted work for a disc brake replacement. It reads for drum brake replacement. Also, what are your thoughts on aluminum rotors?
And I also apologies to you for being such a PIA.
Sincerely, Jeff
