I was on your site on the first looking for your big sale that I have been waiting for since July. It was not there! Now it has already ended? A five day day sale that didn't get announced until the second day and in the middle of a holiday weekend?! How was I to know it ended at midnight? The add said ends Monday: no rain checks, no exception, no nothin'... (I expected you meant business hours, very limited time, very strict conditions and with no exceptions.) I concluded you must be concerned with being overrun with orders?

Particularly after I had just recieved the full on "you only think about diving & fishing and you don't pay me enough attention" lecture. From my wife Monday evening. Asking her to help me select our new custom bean bag chairs was out of the question!
You hyped the "September Promotion" I assumed that was a promotion that lasted the month of September, the 1st through the 30th.
Friday September 1st your sale was not posted. I was a bit hot after waiting two months for the big "September Promotion" only to find out it was a weekend only sale and I missed it. Even after I looked for it on the first and you posted it late.
I have heard good things about you, and I have admired your products first hand. However You did advertise "September Promotion" not "Labor day sale." I have every right to be disgruntled.

This is why we don't have sales very often, You can't please everyone all the time.
t_bare, We are having sales all september long, you didn't miss anything. There is no reason to be disgruntled. You concluded correctly, initial sales were very strong we had to limit the sale due to product stock levels. Also, we had to cut the sales short due to a container being held up by customs on the west coast. 6000 yds of our white vinyl is in that container. I promise, as soon as we get that shipment the sale will be back up. We could have left the sale up and put everyones products on backorder but I decided that was not in the best interest of the customers. Thanks for the great service. I got both of my medium teardrops (custom colored) today. Sorry to hear that some of you guys are having problems, but I can tell you this, the quality of the bags is exceptional! I only wish that I ordered the longneck instead of the standard. Thanks again!

Your welcome! We ship the medium's overfilled, try taking out a portion of the filler and see if you get better support. The less fill in bag the longer it will become. If that doesn't work you can send the med's back for a full credit towards the longnecks Simply empty out the med's(saving the fill) and mail us the covers only and we'll mail you longeck covers to refill with what you took out of the mediums. Shipping would be inexpensive that way.

I have two large bean bags white color. The only bad thing about these things are I do not get to use it coming back in from long trips. Guys I fish with are sacked out and I am having to drive
Got my med. long neck today.I tried it out in boat in shed and now I can't wait to try it on the water.Looks like it will work fine.
Only one problem,like chi6488 said,I'll be stuck driving while someone else is sacked out.

You must have edited your post while I was replying. We have had the Medium Teardrop on sale the whole time but no other models, it will not be discounted any further. This weekend will be the last of our sales that will include all our models. This weekends sale is only avail via coupon code, you will not see the sale prices displayed. This is absolutly the last chance you will have to buy our products discounted for a long time.
