Yes, you do have to at least make a notation on your order or call. Especially because most of our orders come in over the weekend. We do not ship all of our line of products automatically on the same day simply because it's not as efficient and for most people not necessary. We offer numerous models in over 17 colors and thousands of variations. With that amount of customization and our stringent quality control standards our lead time for out of stock or custom colored products runs around 4-6 days on average. As a service to our customers we do offer same day shipping for in stock items and popular models and color schemes coming off our daily production runs.
We go the extra mile for our customers every day and thats what same day shipping is all about. It's really not about having a product in stock or the ability to produce one. Every staff member at E-SeaRider is a die hard boater, fisherman, diver, etc.and we all know there is nothing more important than getting what you need when you need it.
