Default What to clean it with?

I love mine. My kids do too. Unfortunately I took it camping for them and it got real dirty. Especially in the seams. Any recommendations on how to clean it? I sprayed it down with water and some - but not all of the dirt came off.Can I use adegreaser?

Yes you can, you just wouldn't want to use soemthing that harsh for a prolonged period of time. FYI, If you accidentally used something too harsh and damaged the product we would still warranty it with our no fault warranty anyway. My recommendation for tough ground in dirt would be to use simple green, asit doesn't leave residue behind. If it's diluted enoughIt wont harm the bag but will still be strong enough to loosen the dirt. Once you loosen the dirt with stiff bristled brush and the solution, lift it off with a terrycloth towel until surface is completly dry.You DO NOT want to use magic eraser, straight bleach, alcohol, goof off , or solvent based cleaners. If using a diluted bleach solution to spot clean avoid saturating the threads as this will shorten the life of the thread.

Also, I sent you a PM
