Default warranty

these people really warranty their products,I had a small seam tear open, gave them a call, and without a doubt they sent me a brand new one, whenever I buy another set of bean bags I will buy from these people.

That's awesome. That was my only concern. I recieved two arm chairs in the seafoam green/white color. They are unbelievably comfortable. Glad to know there are still companies out there that stand behind their product.

I bought 2 white longneck bags and I love them, But I have a small tear in one of the bags due to a blow-off, can you help me fix the tear without me sending the bag back to you.
