Pregnant wife wants one. I have a 18' cc and am considering medium teardrop or medium round. Thoughts or considerations?

We carry 4 medium teardrops on my boat when we run offshore. The teardrop actually acts as a head rest on these so on our long trips and overnights you can fall asleep on them. Without the headrest shape of the teardrops it would be comfortable but not as much support. Also the large ones are LARGE. One of my friends has two of them and wishes he would of gotten the mediums. The larges take up too much room.
