Did anyone else catch the Red Bull plane races the other day on FSN? They were in the small one seat prop planes flying through pylons set up on a race course. On a couple of them, they had an altimeter and speedo on the screen. These guys were doing over 300mph flying inbetween inflatable pylons set up about 20 feet apart at an altitude of 30-40 feet. It was freakin unbelievable. They all had on parachutes when getting in their planes, but I would bet if one of them clipped a pylon at 30 ft, the chute wouldn't do much good.
