I just use the WALKERSWOOD jerk seasoning and put over everything.. Quick, easy and mighty tasty...

I just got done grilling some Jerked Chicken. Lawry's 30 minute marinades and sprinkle some jerk seasoning or Tony's on it. Kind of hard to mess it up.

Donna and her sister Grace. Trust me these gals are five star all the way!

Why don't you add some beef, cheese and wine to the mix and do a fondue, then serve your fish cold on a layer of leave lettus over crushed ice garnished with orange curls and capers? ..........this way the meal becomes the social circle of your special gathering.
TIP: have plenty of meat and cheese on hand because when people do fondues they tend to eat lots!

Take my son-in-law. No mixing, no cooking, no nothing. He's a perfect jerk just like he is.......

When I'm in the mood for a good jerk, I just go to the
Sandbar.

Each year I order a four pack of Walkers Wood jerk mix, I keep two for myself and give two away.

It is the reel stuff

The walkerwoods stuff is the ticket. I mix the seasoning with some oil into a bowl and mix the meat into it, then grill.
