Default Wow

All I can say is Wow. I will never ride out another hurricane. I would have never thought it was going to be as bad as it was in Lakeland Fl. The north east corner of the eye wall catching us. We boarded up and road it out. A few hours in the closet with my family. Wow! We are blessed!!!!!

Yep, rode it out in Sanford with the bride, and our Boxer! Bride and dog both slept right through everything. Two huge tree's crashing down in the backyard, shed destroyed, fence torn up, roof damage. I was up all night in and out during the storm securing things as they disintegrated so they wouldn't harm anyone, and the wife and dog literally slept like babies in the spare bedroom.

I told my bride to wear soft earplugs so the storm wouldn't scare her, and my 15 year old boxer is pretty much deaf anyway, so he didn't hear anything!

All in all though, counting my blessings, could have been much worse!

Glad you made it through.

We road it out in Perry, Fl but it just missed us and went east.
We has a little wind and slight drizzle but that was all.
