Default What time do you wake up?

I don't have to be out of the house until 7ish to arrive at work at 730. But lately I've been getting up at 530 a little earlier than usual to get stuff done like pack lunches for the kids etc.
I've been thinking however of getting up earlier say 430 and try to get a workout in or even go fishing before work (surfcasting). So what time do you guys get up? Anyone else get up really early to get some alone time?

I like my alone time at night. If I wake up earlier I'll stay up, which happens a couple times a week.

I wake up when my two year old tells me to. Usually around 630 or so. Work around 8 generally.

I get up @ 5:00 and go workout with a group of guys from 5:30 - 6:15 (F3).

I am home by 6:25 and get my son up and make him breakfast and help get him ready for school. After he's done I get ready and roll out which is pretty quick.

My schedule is a little flexible in the morning, so work timing depends on what's going on. I am tired at night as I often times work pretty long days, but I feel much better when I get to exercise in the mornings. Knocking that out while my family sleeps allows me time at night to not have to worry about it.

5:30-5:45.

Gotta beat the damn traffic. Leave work by 4:15, home by 5 or 6 depending on if I catch a workout or go running.

Up at 6:00, out of the house by 7:10 to be at work by 8:00. Home again about 7:00, and it all starts again. Should get up earlier and work out, but rarely do.

Up at 0630, daughter at school at 0745, at work by 0800.
I'm never in bed before 0130, so I'm only getting 5 hours sleep which catches up to me as I'm getting older. Some weekend days, I'll sleep in until about 8:00, which is nice.

Up with the sun, so it varies with time of year. There are probably not 10 days in a year that I actually have to be somewhere in the morning, so waking up is just due to thin eyelids.
