Bob, CEO of Budweiser, calls out next: "In the States, we brew the finest beers of the world, and I make the king of them all, gimme a Bud."
Hans steps up next: "In Germany ve invented das beer, ferdamt. Give me ein Becks, ya ist der real King of beers, danke."
Paddy, CEO of Guinness, steps forward: "Barman, would ya give me a ! diet coke with ice and lemon. Tanks."
The others stare at him in stunned silence, amazement written all over their faces. Eventually Bruce asks: "Are you not going to have a Guinness, Pat?"

Since the title of the post is "Best Beer" I'll ask, what is the BEST BEER in the world?
Top of my list would have to be Grosh
What is Grosh? or is that a mis...never mind....
Grolsch
very good beer, not too many places in these parts have it, one resturant/bar in clemson had it, it was the favorite of one of my best professors, I drank quite a few of them with him.

Got a Polish friend that got me to try Perla from his hometown, one of the best tasting beers I've had in a while...especially good since he brings them over and won't take a penny....also starting to get into the Chimay Trappist beers, still trying the different varieties...
For you guys that make it down to the Keys every once in a while or live in that general vicinity, there's a place on Big Pine Keys called No Name Pub that stocks the last I knew 92 different brands from around the world. They are cold and ready to serve up at very very attractive prices........I've had me more then a few 4-5:00amer's in that quonset building - you don't need no tie for that place.
It's all relative! I was on a 4 1/2 month deployment, pulled in to homeport, and a buddy and I went to pick up my car from long term storage. I opened my trunk, saw a cooler that had been sitting there for all that time. I opened it saw a beer and popped it and downed that sucker. To ME, that was one of the best beers I've ever had....... or was it the one of the two beers that the Nav let me have on "Beer Day" afte 125 consecutive days at sea. Close call!! Of course those two were REAL Foster's flown to us from 'Strylia mate!
