I needed to polish some scratches out of my CC windshield and saw a thread recommending Maguire’s #10 plex polish. Checked all local sources and couldn’t find any. Was in AotoZone and saw “Blue Magic” Plastic and Plexiglass Cleaner. Bought a bottle ($5.95 for 8 ounces) and the stuff is great!!!!! Removed all of the light scratches and left a coating that repels water just like wax. Just wanted to let everyone know there is something else out there that actually works….. commercial over………..
hmm, didn't know that such a product existed, that's a very reasonable price, and it can't take that long to polish a windshield, I'll have to add that to my "must try" list.
One thing that I failed to mention, I used a NEW sponge about 3"x3" as an applicator and wet it first. I was attempting to keep the application as "flat" as possible to avoid any undue marks or swirls.
