Default concrete floor de-greaser?

Whats' the most effective product for removing oil spots etc from a garage floor?

This used to be the best thing out there but some of the newer citrus based cleaners are better and much less caustic.

In the military we used kitty litter; regular type. Just spread some over the spot and get a piece of cardboard and grind it in with your foot.
