So is 100% of the meat edible? Do you eat the liver and heart?

How do you prepare them? Do you do anything with the skin? More details, please...

I fry the meat just like fish.i don't do much with the skin she kept this skin cause it was her first.the skin is not worth much unless it is bigger than 10ft

Gator hunting is one of the most exciting hunts known to man. If you've never done it I suggest you put it on your bucket list.

Say waaaa . . . . Your Daughter's first gator ? ! ? ! ? !

I think I'd crap my pants and cry like a little girl if I came face to face with a 9ft gator.

I was curious after reading the replys about eating gator. Sounds like it might be quite good and even good for you. Sounds like you FLA guys are onto something.
