Default IS "Merry Christmas" pc this year.

It appears to me that there are a lot of of comercials this year that actually say Merry Christmas instead of happy holidays. The last few years have all been, Holiday season/happy Holiday etc. Is it okay to say Merry Christmas this Year?

I am happy about it! Nothing pisses me off more than "happy holidays". I respect every other religions holidays so respect mine! It is just a shame that some jerk will get offended by Christians observing/celebrating a religious holiday and probably sue the companies.

The worse the economy, the more they re willing to sacrifice their PC agenda to make a buck.

Basically in good times they are willing to piss the majority off to get the atheist/Hebrew/Kwanzan/Etc dollars at Xmas. They figure Christians will spend at xmas no matter what.

I asked someone the other day how it would fly if the Jewish Menora next to the city "Holiday tree" were called a "Holiday Candle Holder"

I own a printing company.......therefore we print our own Christmas cards and mail to our entire customer list. They have ALWAYS said "Merry Christmas and Happy New Year". Each year an employee or 2 asks shouldn't we print "Happy Holidays".......my response is "not while I own it".

I really don't care either way, and I'm among those who don't celebrate Christmas.

My only comment is that by the time the actual holiday comes around, I've had enough of the music!

Holiday originated from the old english word halidaeg which referred to a religious day. So, the PCr's are too stupid to realize that using the word "holiday" is religious anyway.

BTW, Merry Christmas folks!

I always say Merry Christmas and I'm not changing. As for the store adds, if they think its going to help their sales by trying to include the Jewish people, Quanza people and the Festivus for the rest of us crowds, then have at it. A good Christmas pressent for me would be an up arrow deside the sock market ticker.
In school I always thought it wasn't fair for the Jewish kids to get their hollidays off and Christmas Break too. They didn't have go to school for like a month or better.

I've always said Merry Christmas.

But this whole fabricated "War On Christmas" is a bunch of hogwash. Nobody is stealing Christmas from us.

Merry F'n Christmas all!!! How's that for PC?

I feel the F'n is much more PC than F'ing. It's that "ing" part that is so harmful to others.....
