A North American Dealer Does It Right

My brother bought a new Saturn, nicely equiped about 3 weeks ago . . . this morning on his way to work the engine service light turned on and the guages went wacky and it stalled a couple of times . . . hmmmmmm

Hobbled into the dealership . . . they looked at the car for 10 minutes, and 3 hours later he left with a brand new car . . . all within their 30 day we take it back guarantee . . . wowwwww

And they paid for the transfer of the license plates and added about $500 worth of options at no cost

If some boat and engine companies walked in those same footsteps, there wouldn't much to talk about on this board.

Go figure....
Saturn is a division of GMC. I had an absolute lemon of a Chevrolet(also GMC)S-10 and Chevrolet refused to make good on this POS, even after I had involved the BBB and it went to mediation.
An ex brother-in-law had a Saturn with numerous problems and they gave him a new one, even after a year had gone by.
It's great to hear that there are companies that take care of the customers.

Some others need to take notes......
