I used to work for a huge corporate monster and all the upper nuts used to say
"at the end of the day"....
I am so sick of that one. It's so overused and worn out that when I encounter someone that uses that phrase frequently, I find it hard to take them seriously.
Reminds me of that "buzzword bingo" IBM commercial.

Just like the thread about spelling and grammar, it is telling about a person if they use "catch phrases" especially the old, worn out, over used ones.
It is really telling if they are used incorrectly, like "That's as useful as tits on a board"
All of us may be guilty once in a while.
