Default I hate New Jersey

:Just pick a reason-
50+ mile an hr winds with snow blowing sideways
3 days of rain with no where to go-basement flooded
fence fell down
pool cover broke
siding blew off
Truck got a flat
Heater got wet in the basement won't fire up
Taxes,Taxes,Taxes
Can't work on boat
Taxes,Taxes,Taxes-Had to repeat that one

Just venting alittle

Winds could be any where. 3 days of rain could be many places Fence fell down? Cheap or old fence. Siding blew off? who put in on, mine is in place on all my properties.

Truck got a flat? Who told you to drive over nails? You need a sump pump for your basement, home depot $100.

Heater out? Get the pump for next time, there will be a next time!

Taxes!!! You say. welcome to the club!!!!!!!!!!

Can't wait to get away myself, just hope I won't regret it when I make the move. At least here (home) I know how to get things done.

I get a kick out of the fact that NJ has been ripping out circles (thats a rotary to New Englanders) meanwhile, they are building them in Florida.
The one thing NJ has that nobody else has is diners.

I had heard that NJ has more diners per person than any where else in the world. Oddly enough they just opened a diner in Stuart; The Jersey Diner.

BTW, I like round abouts in principle. It keeps the traffic moving if the people know how to use them (yeild to traffic on your left entering it, the traffic in the round about has the right of way and should not stop). I lived in England for a while so I got use to them real quick.

When I went to see a friend of mine last year she was giving me directions and told me to take the second "jug handle". I was doing good until then, thankfully she explained it. Everything in Jersey is a right turn, kind of like Nascar in the opposite direction.

There are tons of diners in New York too. There are 3 within easy walking distance of my house on Long Island.

Jersey was removing circles for years. Now they're starting to put them back. Realized that they do actually improve traffic flow.

Talk about round abouts...go to Ireland. There's one every 100 yards and they go in the wrong direction.
