Default Electric Bill this winter.

Traveling for a living has one advantage. Your utilities are a lot lower than most.
Been off since Nov and with this cold winter I"m getting a reality check on my small 1600 sq foot home this month on the electric bill.
Suppose its a personal question but for those that don't mind sharing what has your electric bill been running the past two months as cold as its been and if you don't have your location listed please at least put the state.

1900 SF home, two story in NW Florida. Built in 2003, reasonably energy efficient. Last month $169, this month $229. My Dad's older home was $600. Everyone I know is paying lots more to stay warm this year.

Just got power bill today. $308. Usuallu less than half that.
2300sf 45 year old home. Pretty well insulated. New dual pane lo-e glass.
seer 10 heat pump and 2 weeks of sub freezing temps is hitting everyone real hard here in north florida. Friggin heat pumps are almost useless when temps drop below freezing.
