Saints get up early then hold off the Colts, 31-27. I know Manning's great and all, but don't sleep on the Saints. Brees is no slouch. With all the talk about Manning everyone makes it seem like we have some dope at QB. Not so at all. P.S. We just put 2 hall of famers into retirement, turned over Sanchez for 2 defensive TDs and forced Brady to quit on Monday night Football. Why does everyone assume that Manning will terrorize us?
Saints didnt even really beat the Vikings in my eyes. I know, I know the final scores is what matters. They beat the hell out of Favre and he still killed them. I dont think they will beat the hell out of Manning,and the Colts are NOT gonna turn it over 5 times,and give the game away.

First, I'm glad your eyes do not determine who goes to the Superbowl. Second, it is possible that Manning gets off but the colts still lose. Third, I'm quite sure that the Vikings did not want to turn it over 5 times. Saints D made that happen.
Saints offense is the best in the league. Defense was always our problem. Gregg Williams did not have time to turn over the defensive roster, so he changed their attitude. They still give up yards and points, but they gamble for picks and strip the ball. If they can get Brees and company a couple of extra possessions or a few short fields--thats all the Saints need. Cue the music and a Globetrotter game breaks out.
If we would have beat the Viqueens by 50 pts people would still be saying the same shit.

No if you would have beat the vikings by 50 I wouldnt be saying the same thing. The saints didnt cause all the turnovers against the Vikings either,Peterson does and did hold the ball like a freaking egg.I have no favorite team and could careless about anything but the spread.Vikings game was a push. I hope Colts win by 5 1/2,but good luck to your team,they've come along way
I think it hinges on who ever has the most effective pass rush. With Freeney either out, or less than 100%, I think the Saints odds improve. But whether that's enough to tilt the outcome in their favor, I'm not sure. I'd like to see the Saints win the game, but my gut tells me the Colts will come out on top.
Unless the Steelers are in the Super Bowl, I'm always pulling for the NFC win.
