As long as it is a willfull act between both persons or however many someone is willing to pay for, I really can't understand why it wouldn't be legal. Maybe there would be no rape if you could just go buy it???????

Yet some seldom drinker gets the book thrown at them and ruins their life for a couple of beers.
Yes an impaired driver is an impaired driver regardless if it is your first time or your 13th time and both can kill you or your family.
That's why I do not drink and drive or drink and boat.
the DUI crap is ridiculous, the "legal limit" is so low, and all of the DUI tests are geared for someone to fail...hell they just keep giving you crazy test after crazy test until,,,bingo you failed one. Some of these damn test's most people couldnt do sober.
The limit should be low, personally, I liked .10 but in reality if there is any doubt get a DD or call a cab or nin drinking friend. There is NO reason to drive after drinking. Yes, I drink very occasionally.

Good point - Personally I don't think we need to regulate the business that way - and penalize restaurant patrons (all bars have to also be restaurants here - although I think that is sorts marginally enforced). Plus in cities parking businesses would just open next door and there are just so many potential ways around
