Default NASCAR sells out

What is the world coming to?

Kim Kardashian is sponsoring a car this season. The pink machine will debut at the Vegas race and be driven by Mike Bliss.

NASCAR will be sporting a pink race car this season that is a driving billboard for her fragrance line. Given the preceding, any and all Redneck reference to NASCAR needs to be officially removed.

Nascar sold out a while back.

It's not far removed from the WWE now

X2

NASCAR sold out way back before most of us even saw our first race. It's about the dollars not the cars or drivers, just the endorsements they can worm themselves into.

NASCAR sold out when when it changed from the Winston cup to the Nextel cup. If it wasn't for Winston there'd be no Nascar. When that changed I started to lose interest. When Toyota showed up I lost all interest.

I love Nascar. I love the races, I love the women. I don't believe Nascar sold out. If it was about money, Jr would win every race.

He don't need to win a race period, because hes number one in hat and Tshirt sales. Now he has Danika(you don't think this is a sale out) to sale even more shirts. If you don't think it's about money you are Very wrong. They took it away from the south, took away the short tracks(couldnt hold enough fans),and gave any city with a 1 1/2 mile track a stupid race. Each year it getas harder to watch it,I'm sure when 5 is done I'll never watch again.

I guess the drivers can now say without offending anyone that they were rubbing on the pink...

Nascar sold out when little Brian France took over. A coke head little rich boy. Nascar sold out with the Car of Tomorrow. Anyone can drop a 355 push rod and call it a Honda, Chevrolet, Hyundai etc.
Nascar sold out when the Southern 500 was given to California
Nascar sold out when they let a company that does not even make a push rod engine come into the sport.
Nascar sold out when they ran all the drivers off for the kids
Nascar sold out when they put a wing on the COT
I don't like Goodyear sitting on its rear end and come to Indy with a tire that can only go 11 laps.
do you want me to go on?

I loved Nascar when they let the boys run. And yes I do like to see the rules bent by the crew chiefs. I miss the days of Schrader's cheater carb that was brilliant. I loved the Evernham T Rex Chevy where it was legal but was totally illegal. I want to see a guy be able to carry a car not the other way around.

The fact that Junior even has a seat on a decent team is evidence of the sellout.

He's just like Kyle Petty the only thing he has going for him is his old man's last name.

The nice thing about the NFL is the pure unspoiled non-commercial sportsmanship.
