if you're in the mood for something different, try this:
-make a spicy light tomato sauce (crushed tomatoes, basil, red pepper flakes, olive oil, onion & garlic) or buy one pre-made
-get the sauce nice & warm, and simmer a good-sized hunk of the tuna in the sauce till done to your preference (med to med rare usually)
-serve over pasta with some crusty french bread and a nice pinot noir or chianti
