Easy answer BP.. Most of these ol timers connect the Democrat Party to Roosevelt...I'm sure tons will argue and disagree with that statement....But the majority of ol timers remember that as the party I'm not saying thats good reasoning jus saying its their reasoning.
And of coarse not everyone was Great in that Generation...obvious. As far as people who fought in the services are a great generation??? Thats ridiculous,unless I misunderstood your statement. You mean some guy who goes to Iraq is part of the greatest generation??? I would hope not..

Didn't mean to bring up an old thread, but saw that this series will be offered on Blu-Ray and DVD come January 26, 2010. Not a bad price on Amazon, only $23 Blu-Ray. Might be something I will pick up.
