The coolest one I have seen yet is for astronomy. You simply open the program, then put your iphone up to the sky. Whatever constellation shows up on the iphone is what is actually in the sky right behind the iphone. It tells you the name of the constellation too. Pretty freakin amazing.

I have a couple of apps in the AppStore.

NOAA Buoy Data Reader is an app that grabs your location off the GPS (or you can enter it manually) and gives you a list of NOAA Buoys near you. You can then tap on any of them to get real time weather data.

Fishing Companion is an app that provides fis identification information as well as state regulations for each fish. It is currently available for FL, GA, SC, and TX.

You can get more information here: http://www.veronasolutions.net

"Red Laser". I buy a ton of stuff from the internet. Basically when you are out somewhere and find something you like, you scan the bar code and it tells you the cheapest place online to buy it. Amazon.com seems to be the best and most of the time shipping is free.

That's freaking cool, now if you can only do it by your location that would be great
